HOW IT WORKS

361 Energy CIC  is a not-for-profit social enterprise working in North Devon and Torridge. We provide home energy advice visits and also advise on how to make your home more energy efficient through installing measures like insulation, solar panels and improved heating systems.

Your highly experienced Retrofit Advisor

We have a highly-trained team which includes 2 Retrofit Coordinators and Retrofit Advisors. They can visit your home and advise you on the most appropriate energy efficiency measures to install based on the characteristics of your home. For many households we can provide some initial advice on a general home energy advice visit.

We offer a service for households eligible for grant funding and also one for those who are able to pay

Where possible, we will try to find grant funding for energy efficiency measures. Where this is not possible, we can provide simple advice for free or offer more in depth surveys and support as part of a paid service. We can support you through the process all the way to installation and beyond.

We have been supporting residents of North Devon and Torridge for over a decade

361 Energy CIC was set up in 2012 and has been providing home energy advice and retrofit advice to local households since then. We work closely with North Devon and Torridge Councils and Devon County Council and many local installers. We visit and support hundreds of local residents each year.

We will provide you with initial advice on how to improve the energy efficiency of your home for free.

Save money on your energy bills

By improving the energy efficiency of your home you will be reducing your energy bills and protect yourself against future price shocks

Grant funding for energy saving improvements

We will review if you are eligible for grant funding for energy saving measures, including cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, solar PV or a heat pump.

Have a warmer home

By improving the insulation of your house you can have a warmer and healthier home

Able to pay advice service

For those who are not eligible for grant funded schemes, we can provide a paid advice service involving surveys, advice on suitable measures and liaison with contractors.
