This free event is to offer support for individuals and families on low incomes who are struggling and just need help and advice and referrals.

Organisations having stands at the event include:

361 Energy CIC, Citizens Advice, TTVS, Bideford Food Bank, The Community Pantry, South West Water community team and the Friends of the North Devon Link Centre.

The food bank will be showing people how to cook a good healthy nutritious meal using a slow cooker. Come and sample their lovely food for free!
